AXE RESERVATIONS
- Must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Price is $20.00 per person per hour. Note: The last 5 minutes of every session will be dedicated to pit turnover.
- Whole Venue Rental Available – Please Email for pricing!
- Please do not call to alert us of a change in party size unless it affects the number of pits required
HOUSE RULES
- Private pits accommodate up to 10 players; parties of 10 or fewer will not be split among multiple pits; parties of more than 10 will automatically be split between multiple pits
- No open-toed or pointy-heeled shoes permitted; shoes available to rent for $2/pair
- No outside food or beverages
- (2) 6′ tables available on a first-come, first-served basis; plates, napkins, cutlery, etc., are not provided
- Parties will be held accountable to pay for their entire reservation; i.e., if 2 hours are reserved but players choose to leave after 1, they will still be charged for 2
WALK-INS
- $10/25 minutes/player
- Starts on the hour and half hour
- Accommodates up to 9 players
- Small groups will be combined
- Reservations not accepted
FEES
- Any discounts or special pricing will be done at completion and cash out of your event at the store.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total reservation
- Reservations of 11 or more will be charged for total number reserved even if less people arrive.
- Starting March 1, 2022, No-Shows will be charged in FULL for their reservation.
- No refunds for Cancellation or No-Show Fees
- Walk-outs will be charged in full for all unpaid players
- Beverage/merchandise tabs left open overnight will be closed on the customer’s behalf
- There is a $30 rescheduling fee for reservation changes made less than 48hrs prior to reservation
